How does the Cirkul water bottle work?
The Cirkul system consists of a reusable water bottle and a specialized lid that holds a flavor cartridge called a Sips. As you drink, water flows from the bottle through the lid, mixing with the flavor concentrate. You can adjust the dial to control the intensity of your flavor.
Are the flavor cartridges (Sips) sugar-free?
Most of our Sips are zero-calorie, sugar-free, and contain no artificial colors. We offer various lines, including FitSip with electrolytes, LifeSip with B-vitamins, and GoSip with caffeine to suit your lifestyle needs.
How long does one Sips cartridge last?
On average, one Sips cartridge will last for approximately six fill-ups of a 22oz bottle when set to a medium flavor intensity (level 4 on the dial).
What is your shipping policy?
We offer standard and expedited shipping across the United States. Orders typically process within 1-2 business days, and you will receive a tracking number via email once your hydration kit is on its way.
Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?
Due to the consumable nature of our flavor cartridges, we cannot accept returns on opened Sips. However, if your bottle or lid is defective, please contact our support team within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
How do I clean my Cirkul bottle and lid?
The Cirkul bottle and lid are top-rack dishwasher safe. We recommend rinsing the lid with warm water between cartridge changes to ensure optimal performance and hygiene.
